Fitness Athlete have a 5 Days Refund / Exchange policy for Indian Customers.
It means that you can raise a Refund or Exchange Request, only within 5 Days of receiving an Order from Fitness Athlete.
If you make a Refund or Exchange Request after 5 days from your Order Delivery, then your request will be unfortunately Cancelled by Fitness Athlete.

To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, without stain or scratches or holes, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return or Exchange through Whatsapp or Email will not be accepted.
You’ll need to send the the Image of Receipt or Proof of Purchase and also the Images of the Received Product through whatsapp or email .
Also Mention the actual Reason of Exchange or Refund like:-
1) Missing Product
2) Fabric or Quality Issue
3) Size Problem
4) Color or Design Issue
5) Price Issue
6) Defective or Broken
If you want to Exchange the product then also mention the Size of the New Product like:-
28, 30, 32, 34 or 36

After it within 7 to 10 Working days your Product will be Exchanged after the pick up and if it's a Refund Request, then your Money will be Refunded into your Bank account through Google Pay or Account Transfer within 5 to 10 Working Days after the pick up.
